Looking for a room asap, mus remote work friendly!

Hello, I am Freya. I am a professional working from home. I enjoy cooking and tend to leave the kitchen cleaner after using it! My maximum budget is 700 per month, no higher. Utilities must be included. No exceptions.

Area must be Buford, Sugar Hill, or Dacula. I am not interested in anything further out.

Must have laundry, kitchen access, central air, bathtub in bathroom, and high speed internet that I can hook up via ethernet cable to the router for work.

I am seeking a room where I can stay to myself, have quiet, and an environment free from ammonia based cleaners due to medical conditions. I don't have pets, and cannot live around dogs as I am very allergic. I don't smoke (I don't care if you do but cannot live around smoking indoors).
I often have my boyfriend over but we both are quiet and stick to ourselves, in my own space when I'm off work. If I'm not hanging out with him, I'm busy working on creative projects or gaming.

I prefer to co exist and do my own thing, without awkward conversations. My motto is live and let live, as long as it isn't harming or interfering with anyone!!
I won't pry into your life, make terrible attempts at small talk, or eat your food!!
I live like a ghost so you'll never really have to interact with me.

Introverted and don't like dealing with people? Perfect! I prefer to stay to myself and live as a tenant. I greatly enjoy my privacy so please be fine with me not socializing with roommates.
