I am a professional male aged 44. I am looking for a small or large room. I am available to move from 12/01/2026 and have a budget of $1,700/month. I would like to share with males or females, ideally between 30 and 60 years old.

I'm an account manager for a company that caters to the construction industry and am out of the house most weekdays. Im recently separated and selling my house. I'm looking for a clean and quiet place to call home for a while until I figure out my next move. I'm thinking 6 months or longer starting beginning of Dec when the sale closes.
I don't really party or stay up late anymore. I enjoy keeping things low key with a movie night or gaming. I do enjoy cooking meals for people, but understand if only light cooking is preferred.
