Hi! I’m looking for 2 girls to join a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment with a sunroom and sign a 15-month lease, with a November 14 move-in! The apartment is right across from the Metro station and Ballston Quarter!
The sunroom gets lots of natural light with rent at $965/month, and the other bedroom has a walk-in closet and is $1,195/month. Both roommates would share a bathroom. Rent is before additional fees and utilities.
The apartment also has in-unit washer and dryer, a rooftop pool and grills, indoor and outdoor lounges, an on-site gym, and a private package center!
A little about your roommate: She's in her mid-20s and works full-time. She enjoys staying active through running and lifting and is also a huge foodie who loves baking, cooking, trying new restaurants, and going out! She also appreciates her personal time and is a respectful, considerate, and clean roommate.
