Seeking Roommate and/or Room!

I’m moving to Los Angeles mid November and I am looking for a roomie (female or LGBTQ preferably) to apartment hunt with, or an available room. My budget is $1,800.

What I’m looking for:

- Private room and bathroom

- Pet friendly (I have two friendly cats, which are ESA. I’m open to other pets, but they must be good with cats)

- A/C is a must and parking preferred

- I work a hybrid schedule, and will WFH three days a week. So a quiet space during the day is a must.

- Move in by Nov. 29th

A little about me:

I’m 29 years old. I work full time in fundraising and just got a job at a local film museum. I love being creative and doing arts and crafts (collaging, painting, drawing, coloring, you name it). I’m a movie lover and like having movie nights with friends and roommates. I also get free movie tickets that I’d be happy to share!

I’m quiet, respectful of shared spaces, and clean.

I’m also a practicing astrologer and tarot reader, so if you want a roomie to do a reading I got you 💅
