ISO: Room for rent

Hello hello,
I'm Anders, a visual artist and writer in Columbus, Ohio. I work in easton and am currently staying w/ family, a lovely situation, however they are moving in late November and so I have a hard deadline. I'm looking for an open room to rent.
My ideal situation would be somewhere relatively quiet, mostly furnished, near easton or on a bus line. I am very social and friendly, love meeting and getting to know new ppl, I do very much appreciate quiet/alone time as well. I'd love somewhere friendly, but more v than anything I respect and and appreciate being respected, so thats not a must. I get along best w/ other neurodivergent folks who are direct communicators. I love animals of all kinds (despite pesky allergies, which i am known to medicate and all but ignore). I'm most familiar and comfortable w/ cats and dogs.
I try my best to maintain a clean and orderly home and appreciate schedules and routines to maintain that. I am flexible and accommodating of most things and ppl and believe no problem or conflict is so big it cannot be resolved through mutual respect and open communication.
My ideal budget is around $800/month(utilities incl.), however I am looking for a 2nd job so that may be negotiable.
