I'm a 51-year-old man on disability income, currently in Evansville and working on getting rehoused into a stable home. I use crutches, so a ground-floor room or just a few steps matters. I'm looking for a room for at least a few months while I settle a debt on a former apartment — the goal at the end of it is my own place again, so a household that understands this is a bridge, not forever, would suit us both. I'm quiet, keep my space tidy, and for the right household I'd be glad to be good company and help around the place as I'm able. I enjoy classic TV and movies, and I'm looking for a real home, not just a room.
