Hi! I’m John, and I’m a General Manager at a great hospitality group in SoHo. I work Tuesday through Saturday, typically starting around 4–5 PM and finishing around 2 - 3:30 AM on Thursdays through Saturdays. Since there aren’t any convenient trains to Long Island during those hours, I’ve been taking cabs home several nights a week, which has become both expensive and impractical. I’m looking to find a place in the city that makes more sense for my work schedule and lifestyle.

From Memorial Day through Labor Day, I work in the Hamptons for my company and spend very little time in the city, so I’m looking for a living arrangement that works well year-round.

I prioritize my health and fitness and work out at Life Time four to six days a week. I also use a meal-prep service, so I rarely cook at home and tend to keep a pretty simple routine.

As a roommate, I value respect, kindness, communication, and consideration for others. I’ve been subletting my home for the past 15 years and have lived with many different roommates over that time. I’ve been fortunate to build great relationships with them, and we’ve never had any issues. Some have even become good friends over the years.

I understand the importance of respecting shared spaces, maintaining a comfortable living environment, and being mindful of the people you live with. I’m responsible, easygoing, and considerate, and I’d love to find a place with someone who shares similar values.
