26F Creative Seeking Jan–Apr 2027 Sublet

Hi! I'm a 26F video editor and musician from Richmond, VA, looking for a furnished sublet in Los Angeles from mid/late January through mid/late April 2027. My ideal dates are January 18–April 18, but I'm flexible!

A little about me:

I work from home full-time as a video editor. I'm clean, quiet, responsible, and respectful of shared spaces.
I'm a non-smoker with no pets. I have asthma, so a clean, smoke-free living environment is important to me.
I'm friendly and social but also enjoy my own space and downtime!

I'm open to a private room in a shared home or a studio/apartment. My budget is up to $1,500/month, ideally including utilities.

I'm especially interested in Pasadena, South Pasadena, Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Echo Park, and surrounding neighborhoods. One of my best friends lives in Pasadena, so being nearby would be a huge plus!

I'll also be bringing my car, so accessible parking is important.
