Hello. I am searching for a place for me and my 17yo son. He is so quiet and very much keeps to himself - you'll hardly know either of us are ever there! If you have a single occupancy rental, please consider us for it anyway because he and I are more like 1 person rather than 2, and we're used to sharing small spaces. I have an excellent rental history - 15 years in my last place and rent was always on time. Utilities were never turned off. Good credit - I make sure I have the cash to cover what I need. Please, this is my first time off on my own with my child and I'm having such a hard time trying to find an honest rental in my price range that isn't a scam! We are very private. We will never be a problem. We will respect your place and be appreciative that you've allowed us to rent from you. We're ready to move in as well.
