Property Rental Wanted — Father and Adult Son, no parties, no noise.

We are two professional tenants, a father (59) and his adult son (25), looking to rent a comfortable property in the South Bay, Beverly Hills, near LAX, or anywhere in the greater Los Angeles area.

Our requirements:

- Two separate rooms or bedrooms, allowing each person to sleep privately.
- A private bathroom for our exclusive use.
- Access to a kitchen; a private kitchen is preferred, but a shared kitchen is perfectly acceptable.
- A shared living room is fine.
- Parking for two cars is important.
- No smoking indoors but we are OK with that.

We are flexible regarding the neighborhood, pets, and other preferences. We are open to renting an apartment, guesthouse, ADU, in-law unit, or part of a house, provided the sleeping arrangements and bathroom meet our needs.

We are respectful, responsible professionals looking for a suitable place to call home.
