UN communications intern seeks housing from Dec 1

Hi! I’m TJ, [age], and I’m looking for a room in a friendly, well-kept apartment starting December 1.
What I’m looking for: A private room. My budget is up to $1500/month, and I’m hoping to stay 3-6 months. Furnished or unfurnished both work.
I'd like to live with people who are respectful, communicative, and keep shared spaces clean. Young professionals or grad students would be a great fit, though I’m open to anyone easygoing and reliable.
What to expect living with me: I currently work with the United Nations Department of Global Communications on education and outreach programs, and I’m finishing a master’s in Human Rights and Conflict Management. On weekdays I’m out during the day and quiet in the evenings. I’m tidy, I clean up after myself right away, and I always pay rent on time. I cook most of my own meals, I'd be in the kitchen fairly often, and I always clean up after myself. I train calisthenics outdoors, so I’m often out early or in parks on weekends. I’m also a big football, or soccer, fan for Real Madrid, so I'd be watching the occasional match on my laptop, with headphones if you prefer.
