Private room wanted

Hi! My name is Andy, I’m 25, and I’m a Gemini 😊 I work as a commercial real estate agent and also work part-time at a cannabis dispensary.

I’m looking for a private room in a cat-friendly home. I have two sweet cats who are spayed, super chill, and very loving, so finding a place that welcomes them is a must!

Ideally, I’d love to find a place with on-site laundry (it doesn’t have to be in the unit), close to a grocery store, and within walking distance of shops and other essentials.

I’ve been working in real estate for about a year and have been at the dispensary since February 2026. I love hitting the gym five days out the week, I’m listening to music going to movies, cooking, recreationally, drink, and socializing with people who have good energy.

I have good credit and can provide all the necessary documents for a rental application.

I’m hoping to live with other mature women who are clean, respectful, and easy to get along with. I like keeping my space clean and tidy, and I’m more than happy to help with shared chores and household responsibilities. I’m also totally fine with splitting utilities fairly.

Overall, I’m just looking for a comfortable, peaceful place hopefully close to LA Valley college/Sherman Oaks / Encino to call home with roommates who are considerate and on the same page when it comes to keeping the space clean and respecting each other.
