Professional Nurse Seeking Chill Roommates

I’m looking for a compatible person or group to find a place together in the Falls Church / Bailey’s Crossroads / Annandale / Merrifield area.

Hoping to build a friendly, LGBTQ+ friendly household where everyone is considerate, reasonably clean, and respectful of each other’s space. Aiming to co-create a place that feels comfortable and welcoming.

Looking for someone professional, drama free, and focused on growth. Ideally someone who likes to hang out occasionally, but has their own friend group and hobbies.

Things that are important for me when it comes to a living space is that there is in-unit laundry, guaranteed parking, and plenty of guest parking (for friends visiting).

I work three days out of the week and tend to take care of life admin and spend time with friends on my off days. Movie nights are common, nights out on the town are occasional. I tend to have Sunday as my prep day for the week, when I do the bulk of chores. I wake up early for work, go to the gym daily, and keep my place tidy.
