Mature, Quiet Woman Seeking Private-Bath Room

Hi! I’m DeeDee 😊 I’m a mature, quiet, clean and respectful woman looking for a peaceful place to call home beginning around November 1.

I’m especially interested in Aubrey, Cross Roads, Providence Village, Little Elm/Oak Point, Prosper and Celina, but I’m also open to Frisco, Pilot Point and McKinney for the right fit.

A private bathroom is very important to me, and a furnished room would be ideal since I’m currently starting fresh without furniture. I’d love utilities and Wi-Fi included if possible. My preferred budget is around $600–$850 per month, although I may consider something closer to $900 for an especially good fit.

I’m an early riser, easygoing, clean, respectful of other people’s space and enjoy a calm, comfortable home environment. I’m a non-smoker myself, but I don’t mind living with someone who smokes, and pets are fine with me.

I’m especially interested in a mature, peaceful female household and am open to flexible or shorter-term arrangements as well as something longer-term if we’re a good fit.
