Professional, Employed Gentleman Seeking Room to Rent in Tampa | Home Confinement Eligible

I am a mature, professional, clean, courteous, and responsible gentleman seeking a room to rent in the Tampa area. I am currently transitioning from the Federal Bureau of Prisons through a federal residential reentry/work-release center and am eligible for home confinement. My only obstacle is finding a suitable residence, as I have no family or established personal connections here in Tampa.

I am a former business owner with years of professional and management experience. I am currently employed in a management position with a well-established local business. I have stable employment, dependable income, my own transportation, and the financial means to pay my rent and meet my personal obligations.

On a personal level, I consider myself a kind, courteous, respectful, personable, and easygoing individual. I am clean, organized, considerate of others, and respectful of their privacy and personal space.

I am also a devout Catholic, and my faith is a central part of my everyday life. I attend Holy Mass every Sunday without fail and devote a considerable amount of time each day to mental and contemplative prayer. My faith has taught me the importance of humility, compassion, forgiveness, personal accountability, and treating others with dignity and respect.

Beyond my circumstances, I am simply a normal, hardworking man, a father of two children, and someone who is genuinely trying to rebuild his life, establish stability, and move forward in a positive and productive direction.

I understand that my incarceration history may cause some individuals to hesitate. I respect that completely. However, I sincerely hope that anyone considering renting to me will take the opportunity to meet me personally and judge me by my character, conduct, and the person I am today rather than solely by my past.

I need a clean, safe, stable room to rent in a home where the homeowner or landlord is comfortable with my federal home-confinement status.

Before I can be released from the residential reentry center to home confinement, the proposed residence must be reviewed and approved by the appropriate federal authorities. This generally involves providing the residential address and allowing an authorized federal supervising officer or representative to conduct an initial walkthrough or inspection. Any additional visits or requirements would be explained as part of the approval process.

I am not asking anyone to provide a temporary or fictitious address. I am seeking a legitimate room rental where I can actually reside, pay my rent, respect the household rules, continue working, and successfully complete my remaining period of federal supervision.
