Short-Term Room Rental Needed

Hello!

My name is Haylee, but I go by Hayden. I'm a 26 year old who works in special education at a local high school, and am also in school fully online through ISU. I have recently lost my housing after going through a breakup and have just been staying with family since. Unfortunately, this is no longer working for me and is taking a toll on my mental health. I have a more permanent housing situation lined up with a friend who recently bought a house, but it is quite the fixer-upper and we are unsure when it will be ready for us to move in. It could be next month, or next year. For the time being, I am going to need a temporary space that is a better fit for me. With that said, I am really just in need of a room. I would prefer that I have a private bathroom and am able to bring my pets (1 male 6 y/o cat, and 1 female 3 y/o dog). But I'm also fine with shared spaces if need be, and my animals can be left with a foster for the time being if needed as well. I'm a smoker but I do so outside. I typically don't have much time to socialize, but I also enjoy going out on the weekends so expect that I would be coming and going at night from time to time. I'd also like to have the option to have a guest over occasionally in my private spaces, but would be sure to provide notice and also be considerate regarding noise level/those I bring in the home. I'm happy to help with chores/cooking around the house, and I will always clean up after myself within spaces that are shared. Somethings I feel I should disclose are that I am non-binary and am a lesbian. I do not require my roommates to fully understand these things, but I also do wish to live with people who respect me as a human. If these aspects of my identity will be an issue, please do not offer up your space for me to live in. Thank you!
