Mature Quiet Professional Seeking Peaceful Home

Hi, I’m Mike. I’m a 57 year old nonsmoking male seeking a clean quiet and comfortable private bedroom and bathroom to rent from a mature homeowner who seeks a housemate who shares their values of financial stability, open communication and mutual respect. I’m a technical journal translator who works virtually so if I’m not reading or typing or in an online meeting, then I’m exercising, preparing simple meals for myself or watching movies or listening to podcasts with headphones on. I am seeking an unfurnished bedroom - or partially furnished bedroom as I own all the basics - in a peaceful home and will happily donate what I have that will be redundant as I dislike clutter. I will not be hosting visitors, overnight guests or social gatherings in our home as I spend my time with friends and colleagues in restaurants, concerts and sporting events. While maintaining independent lives and schedules in our home, when I do travel it always with good notice and is rarely for more than seven consecutive days. I keep my personal space clean and organized and will most happily extend this mutual care and respect to all common areas and in particular to the kitchen and the refrigerator. Dogs of all sizes and breeds love me but I’m sadly very allergic to cats.
