I visit once or twice a month to visit family and friends and would like to find a rental of some sort that I can have available and ready for me to not have a check out time like an Airbnb. So I won't be occupying it all month but will still be willing to pay 800-1000 to have a private room with private bath available for when I do visit.
I can prepay and would like it to be month to month most likely will be needing it for 6 months.
Please note that I do have a daughter that may be spending the night with me once or twice a month.
