Looking for immediate move in

We are an engaged couple with a medium service dog who is fully trained and rarely is left home.
We are middled aged with no kids.
Jessi's grandmother just died so we no longer need to care for her.
Would prefer something more urban, ideally Northside or Southside but are open to anything
Would prefer laundry on site but it's not a deal breaker.
We rarely have guests and are friendly but keep to ourselves mostly.
We Doordash and doin professional house cleaning but Jessi is an herbalist who is slowly starting her on business. Marco is a blue collar who grew up skating. We both love music, reading, and film.
We would love to be able to bike places but have a vehicle so that's also not a deal breaker.
Ideally want a weekly rental to start but are open to monthly.
We just want to settle.
Jessi is an avid gardener and Marco is generally handy so we can help with he property.
Prefer utilities included but are flexible and need internet.
We have our own furniture but, once again, are flexible.
Please give this laid back and communicative couple somewhere stable to lay our heads and feel safe while Jessi grieves and we move into this next stage in our lives.
