Clean, quiet professional seeking room for 1 month

Hi, I'm Tawfeeg, a Seattle local who just moved back to town and is starting a new job. I'm looking for a private room for one month starting October 23, ideally near light rail or a bus line. Shared bathroom and kitchen are completely fine.

My budget is tight until my first paychecks arrive, so I'm also open to a work trade. I build custom websites professionally, so if you're a landlord or small business owner who needs a website, I'd happily build one in exchange for the stay.

What to expect living with me: I'm clean, quiet, respectful of shared spaces, and a non smoker. I keep a simple routine, work during the day, and cook simple meals. I'm easygoing, friendly, and always communicate openly with roommates.
