I currently run my own company selling watches for my partner company Invicta, work is wherever I go, I am very fortunate rent will not be an issue. I had a heat stroke over the summer that led to my left foot paralyzed, I do not need assistance living but I walk with a cane. I can get around just fine, and am looking for somewhere to move in semi long term while I get SSI benefits in place along with growing my watch business. I am 26 years old, and have my parents backing me too, they are willing to also cover rent in its entirety incase for any reason I cannot. I would appreciate information on your property, and what you think about renting out a little longer term, I am willing to provide 3 months of rent upfront so if for any reason on any month I do not have the money, you wouldn’t lose out on anything.
