Hi! I'm a young professional moving from the UK to Boston for work, starting in early 2027. I'm looking for a room in a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment, either joining someone who already has a place or teaming up to find one together.

• Budget: up to $2,500/month for my share of the rent
• Move-in: January–February 2027
• Location: within about 30 minutes door to door of the Financial District by foot, bike or T
• Ideally: a newer, well-kept building
