I am a professional male aged 43. I am waiting for my house to be finished. So I need a chill, private, 1bdrm preferably private bath, internet access, parking, and able to come and go any hour. I won’t be having guests over. I have a cat but can let friend keep him while I’m there, if Pets are a problem. It’s for 1-3 months w agreement to pay if 30 day notice isn’t met. Anything else just ask. If roommates just mellow and non intrusive preferred. I might have late work hours. For those of you who need absolute silence after a certain hour. I’m not gonna be Loud or anything. But like I wanna be able to microwave or use restroom after hours ya know ?
