Room Wanted – San Antonio Area

Hello! I'm a 48-year-old male looking for a clean, comfortable room to rent in the San Antonio area. Preferably around the SeaWorld / 151 / 1604 / Leon Valley area, but I'm open to other locations.

**A little about me:**

I work full-time in IT for a health insurance company and have been in the technology field for over 16 years. I have stable employment and income, my own transportation, and I'm responsible, easygoing, and respectful of other people's homes and privacy.

I'm pretty laid-back and enjoy spending time on my computer, watching movies, working on little projects, and occasionally getting out and exploring different places. I'm tidy, considerate, and generally keep to myself, but I'm also friendly.

**A couple of things worth mentioning:**

- I work remotely from home, so I would be home during normal working hours.
- I'm somewhat of a night owl and frequently stay up past midnight, usually just on my computer coding or watching youtube, netflix.
- I'm respectful of shared spaces, personal boundaries, and reasonable household rules.
- I'm looking for a peaceful, stable living arrangement rather than a short-term stay.

**What I'm looking for:**

- Furnished bedroom preferred, but not required.
- Private bathroom would be ideal.
- Kitchen and refrigerator access.
- Reliable high speed internet for working remotely.
- Parking for my vehicle.
- A household that's comfortable with someone working from home and keeping later hours.

I'm open to renting from a homeowner or sharing a place with other respectful adults. I value privacy and independence, but I also want everyone to feel comfortable in their own home.
