Summary of myself & what I am looking to rent.

Hey everyone! My name is Justin, I'm 36 years old, and I work full time in the behavioral health field while also attending college. I'm currently looking for a new place to call home by November 1st, although I'm flexible and would be happy to move in sooner if the right opportunity comes along. I currently live in Reseda and would ideally like to stay in the surrounding area to remain close to work and school.
I'm pretty open minded when it comes to living arrangements. Whether it's a private room in a house or apartment, an ADU, or a guesthouse, I'm open to exploring different options. My main requirements are having my own private bedroom with enough space for my queen size bed, closet area to hang my clothes and a comfortable area for my computer desk setup. A private bathroom would be a bonus, but I'm perfectly fine sharing one.
A little about me: I'm very laid back, respectful, independent, and honestly a bit of a homebody. After work, I usually spend my evenings at my computer finishing up work, studying for school, playing video games, or watching Netflix. I'm naturally introverted and tend to keep to myself, so I'm definitely not someone who's going to be throwing parties or bringing a bunch of people over.
I also have a little dachshund (wiener dog) named Millie who is pretty much my sidekick. She's incredibly well behaved, quiet, loving, and always right by my side.
As far as roommates go, I don't have any particular preferences regarding age, gender, or lifestyle. I get along with just about anyone as long as there's mutual respect and consideration for one another.
Most importantly, I take my responsibilities seriously. I always pay my rent and bills on time, respect other people's space and privacy, and do my part to keep a peaceful, drama free living environment. I'm extremely easy to live with and really just looking for a comfortable place to settle into and call home.
