Trans 30F Looking for a Room

Hiya! I'm a transfemme woman looking for a private room space to move into.

I'm a working professional currently active in the medical industry.

I love to spend my free time going out and exploring the city - visiting new restaurants, shopping at malls, touring a museum, or even going to a familiar neighborhood and wandering the parts I've set to see. When I'm home, I tend to spend my time watching YouTube or reading manga / manhwa.

I have a very femme-goth and femme-elegant presentation, and I love putting together new outfits - though I can't help but typically only wear black (it's my color!). I'm also a fan of eye / lip makeup and have a small collection of perfumes I really like.

Otherwise, I've lived with roommates several times before (even made a few friends!) and always make an effort to communicate respect each other's spaces and preferences. I like to keep my things organized and clean after myself. I don't make much noise and prefer quieter environments.

I'm ideally looking for other queer or queer-friendly roomies. I don't drink, but I don't have an issue being around people who drink. However, I'm not looking for smoking, drugs, or excessively loud noise.

Flexibly looking to move in sometime late November or December.
