Hello! I'm an 18 year old working woman looking for a simple, affordable room to rent in Delaware County, PA, or New Castle County, DE.

I'm currently employed, earn a steady income, and am financially responsible. I manage my money carefully, prioritize my financial obligations, and am prepared to pay the required security deposit and rent.

I'm a respectful, organized, and considerate person who values cleanliness, privacy, and a peaceful home environment. I spend most of my time working, studying, reading, attending religious classes, and staying active. I don't smoke, party, or engage in disruptive activities.

I would take excellent care of the room, shared spaces, and household amenities, respect all house rules, and always be mindful of other residents.

I'm particularly interested in a female-only household with a welcoming, respectful atmosphere. Ideally, I'm looking for a room with utilities included, access to a kitchen and laundry facilities, and reasonable parking options. I am still open to options without these facilities!
