Hello! I’m a 50-year-old working professional looking for a clean, comfortable room in a quiet, well-maintained home.

I work as a defense contractor and have a stable career with a hybrid schedule, working from home three days a week and going into the office twice a week.

I’m responsible, easygoing, respectful, and very clean. I take pride in keeping my living space organized and treating someone’s home with the same care and respect I would my own. I enjoy fitness, spending time with my kids, and having a peaceful place to relax after a long day.

I’m currently going through a personal transition and looking for a comfortable place to settle into. My children live in North Fontana, and I’ll primarily be visiting them there, although I’d appreciate being able to have them stop by occasionally.

Ideally, I’m looking for a private bedroom with my own bathroom in a nice, well-maintained home. I’d prefer a quieter household with just one or two other adults rather than a large shared house. I value privacy, cleanliness, mutual respect, and a relaxed atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable.
