F22 looking for roomates/ to sublease Oct/Nov ASAP

Hi there, thanks for reading! My name is Skye (22F), and I am interested in finding an existing lease with roomates, or to sublease this fall season! I am an online retail business owner looking for a 6 months-longer term rental in the Brooklyn, Manhattan, or Queens : )
As a roommate I value being clean, organized, and having open communication always, and am sober and have no pets (although I do love animals)! I essentially work hybrid with my own set hours, so I don't mind working my schedule around your/ other roommate's situation so everyone is the most comfortable. Usually early morning is coffee and workout, and midday- evening marketing or design work, but I have a very flexible schedule. ♡

Budget: 1450 per month (utilities incl.)
Area: Manhattan, Brooklyn, queens
