Roommate search Williamsburg $2750/month

Hey everyone! I'm Alex, 26, and I'll be moving to NYC from Miami sometime in mid to late November. I'm looking for a male roommate around my age to find a place with, but I'm also open to joining an existing lease.

Ideally looking to stay in Williamsburg with a budget of around $2,750/month, but have some flexibility. Hoping to start a lease in mid to late November, although I'm still working on locking down an exact move-in date.

A bit about me: I work in tech sales in the startup space, so I'll typically be out during the day throughout the week. I'm pretty social and enjoy going out, hitting the gym, checking out new bars and restaurants, and skiing. On the side, I'm also a DJ/Producer, but don't worry, I promise to keep the noise down! I like to keep things clean and have a comfortable place to come back to, but also enjoy having people over every now and then.

Ideally, I'd love to find a roommate I can be friends with. Someone who's social, considerate, and easy going.

Apartment-wise, I'm ideally looking for:

-2 bed / 2 bath
-In-unit laundry
-Parking

Also, am planning on coming with some living room furniture (a couch and sofa chair) so no need to fully furnish the place from scratch.
