Room wanted in Los Angeles

Hi! I’m a ceramic artist and gallery owner in my early 40s, planning a move to Los Angeles from Columbus, Ohio. I’m hoping to connect with one like-minded person interested in finding and renting a beautiful house together on LA’s Eastside.

Ideally, I’d love to find a 2–3 bedroom home in Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Atwater Village, or the surrounding neighborhoods, with some outdoor space and room to enjoy a comfortable, creative lifestyle.

A little about me: I’m passionate about art, design, architecture, travel, running, golf, and exploring interesting restaurants and cafés. I enjoy being social, hosting the occasional dinner, and building community, but also value a peaceful, thoughtfully maintained home and personal space.

I’m hoping to connect with another established professional, preferably around my age, who is considerate, communicative, financially responsible, and interested in creating a home that feels welcoming and inspiring.

My budget is approximately $3,000–$4,000/month for my portion of rent, and I’m flexible on timing for the right fit.
