Looking For Roommate By November 30th

Hi there! My name's Sam. I'm a 25 year old trans woman working in Augusta. I'm currently located in the town of Freedom, but I will need to relocate by November 30th. I'm looking for housing closer to the Augusta/Waterville area, preferably no more than 20 or 30 minutes from Augusta. I'm looking to move into a house or apartment with 1 or a few queer people or LGBTQ+ friendly women, where we can split bills and utilities. My maximum budget is probably around $850 a month, but I'd much rather find a place closer to $700 if I can.

About me: I'm fairly quiet, but I can be quite sociable with the people I like :) I try my best to be communicative and responsible, and I want others to do the same. I would likely be spending a good deal of time working. I'm not currently a college student, I don't have any pets, and I don't smoke or use cannabis regularly. I don't necessarily consider myself an artist, but I love enjoying art and hanging around artistic people. A couple of my hobbies are collecting and watching movies; and listening to rock, metal, and classical music. I'm also not a half-bad cook ;) My family and I have become more estranged in the past several months, so I'm definitely on the lookout for more queer friends and community.
