**Professional Female Seeking Room to Rent – $1,500/month**

I’m a 50-year-old professional woman looking for a comfortable, well-maintained home to share with another woman, ideally between the ages of 40 and 80.

I’m friendly, respectful, exceptionally clean, and organized. I value a peaceful, welcoming home and enjoy socializing while also appreciating personal space and privacy.

I have a beautiful, affectionate **45-pound standard poodle** who is well-mannered and nonshedding. We enjoy long walks every morning and evening, and she spends most of the day sleeping. She is not allowed on the furniture and stays comfortably in her kennel when I'm away. For longer workdays, she attends doggie daycare. She's a very sweet companion who loves affection.

My budget is **$1,500 per month**, and I'm available to move November 1st.

I'm hoping to find someone who shares similar values, takes pride in their surroundings, and enjoys a harmonious living environment. Ideally, I'd love to find a place that feels like home rather than simply renting a room.
