Right now I need a room with a single bath on the ground floor or if a basement with direct outside access. Preferably a larger room as I have a lot of stuff. I'm a 79 y/o man with a small Social Security stipend so cannot afford much. I have a little put away for exigencies so I would really like to pay no more than $500.0 + bills or $700.0 without. I'm quiet and keep my own counsel. I Prefer homes with no pets (fish are OK) and a convivial atmosphere. I rarely go out as I can't afford it but I think I have a job so that will help. Fingers crossed. I'm also a good cook but prefer simple homey meals or Chinese/Polynesian type foods.
