Hi! I’m Kg, a 27-year-old professional moving from Miami to New York on November 15th. I work in non profit and will be starting my new job a week after moving in.

I’m queer, friendly, easygoing, clean, and respectful. I’m definitely social and love good conversation, but I also really value personal space, boundaries, and having a comfortable home where everyone can be themselves.

I have a very tiny 13-year-old dog who will be coming with me. She’s only about 3 lbs, super calm, and honestly spends most of her time sleeping.

I’m ideally looking to live with other women around 23–38, and I’d especially love a home with a welcoming, open-minded, queer-friendly vibe. I’m not looking for a party house, but I’m also not a total hermit — I’m always down for grabbing food, exploring the city, watching something together, or just hanging out when everyone’s in the mood.

Since I’m moving to NYC pretty quickly, I’m looking for a short-term room/sublease while I get settled, learn the city, and take my time finding my own apartment. I’ll be working quite a bit, so I’m mainly looking for a comfortable, clean, peaceful place that feels easy to come home to.
