Hey! I'm looking to move into the city soon and am searching for a room in preferably Manhattan but also open to Brooklyn. I work (hybrid 2 days a week) near Grand Central, so I'm pretty flexible as long as the commute is reasonable.

I'm easygoing, clean, respectful of shared spaces, and financially stable. During the week I'm usually working, going to the gym, checking out restaurants, spending time with friends, or exploring different parts of the city.

Looking for roommates who are social, considerate, and communicative. It would be great to live with people who enjoy chatting or grabbing a drink occasionally, while still respecting each other's schedules, privacy, and space.
