Hey! I'm Clay, 37, and I work full time for Chicago Public Schools. I'm looking for a private room in Chicago and hoping to find a place that feels comfortable, relaxed and actually like a home. I'm friendly, social and easy to get along with, but I also respect people's privacy and personal space. I'm definitely not looking for a party house, but I'm also not looking for an overly restrictive living situation. I enjoy having a life outside of work, occasionally having friends over, cooking, watching movies, listening to music and just being able to relax at home. I'm clean in shared spaces, respectful of other people's belongings and schedules, and big on communication if something ever needs to be addressed. I work during the week, so I'm usually up and out pretty early on workdays. Ideally I'm looking for somewhere I can stay longer term and actually feel settled rather than just having a temporary place to sleep. Parking, laundry and WiFi are big pluses.
