Hi my name is Ismael

Hi my name is Ismael, most people just call me Ish. I’m 25 years old and I work in the fitness industry in different facets. Usually, if I’m not working in a gym I’m either working out at one, shelled up in my room, or cooking. I’m a cleanly person overall if I had to sum it up, I keep everything spotless except for my desk, it is its own controlled chaotic environment. I’m a man of many hobbies, to list a few, reading, gaming (PC), drawing, making beats, fan of binging shows and watching movies, and as mentioned before exercising and cooking.

I’m originally from New York. I moved to NoVa, soon to be for two years now, but I originally planned on leaving the state sooner. Now it’s dependent on where I’m relocating for work. I’m seeking at minimum a 6 month lease, at maximum 1 year, the best situation would be someone with flexibility when it comes to the lease but I’m willing to compromise.

To round off the introduction, I’d say I’m an extroverted introvert. I can be social, and choose to be social at times, but for the most part when I’m home I reside in my own bubble. I’m down to do things collectively as roommates and not just completely ignore each other’s presence. But if a greeting in passing is all that’s sought after, I’m more than fine with that too.
