I’m a doctor and public health researcher looking for a quiet, clean room with private or shared bath for $1200/mo or less. I did medical residency in the Bronx (Montefiore) and I used to be a high school teacher at a school in the lower East side of Manhattan. Preferred locations are Bronx, Inwood and Lower East Side. I’m from Philly originally but have lived most of my adult life in NYC. No pets. My girlfriend currently lives in Nashville so I travel out of town a lot. Just completed a public health fellowship in Baltimore and I’m excited to be back in NYC!
