Looking for a room until the end of December

Hi, I’m Jed and I’m looking for a place in Centennial until January, with a budget of $700 per month including utilities. I’m going through a separation and need a place until January when I can move in with a friend of mine permanently. I’m clean, quiet, respectful of others property and space. I know how to cook and clean up after myself in common house areas. I have a car that needs part in driveway on the street not worried about a garage. I leave for work early and come home late. If I am working from home, I have a small computer bench I’ll bring with me to put in my room. I don’t drink alcohol or do illegal drugs. I dont mind if roommates drink as long as they keep it chill and don’t get wasted too often (I get that sometimes it happens). I vape with a cartridge that is low Odor. I wouldn’t do it in the house except maybe in the middle of the night in my room trying to go back to sleep. I don’t mind if and how much anybody else smokes cannabis. I don’t really mind if you smoke flower as long as it doesn’t get into my room and clothes as I can’t smell bad for work lol. Not really sure what else to say. I’m a nice person who just is in a bad spot, ending a long-term relationship and looking for a place to stay for a few months that’s close to my kids. Oh, I guess one more thing is that I have teenagers but they won’t be visiting the house. This probably goes without saying, but I am looking for a roommate that just wants to have a platonic roommate situation.
