Respectful 37yo Seeking Rm/Private Bath MSP metro

I'm Christopher, a 37-year-old professional living in Minneapolis. I am looking for a comfortable room in the Minneapolis area starting around late November 2026, with a respectable budget.

I am a clean, quiet, and responsible housemate who values open communication and a peaceful living environment.
I work a lot, so find the pressure to "have to socialize with ppl" exhausting.
While I recently lost my wonderful companion dog of 12 years in March, I plan on welcoming another dog into my life soon.

In my downtime, you can usually find me reading sci-fi, listening to music, catching a movie or concert, or enjoying local arts and events (esp. at the orpheum etc.)

Regarding my application, there will be a bankruptcy on my credit report; this was due to an ended engagement that unfortunately left real estate tied up in the process - but I am financially stable, consistent with rent, and happy to discuss or provide proof if needed.
