Quiet, Neat, Friendly Case Manager (Nov 1 move-in)

I'm Alejandro, but go by Hano. I'm 35, visibly gay, and work as a healthcare case manager (hybrid/remote).

Looking:
I'm looking for a room for a Nov. 1st move-in, broadly in Central, North, or West Brooklyn (think Crown Heights, Bed-Stuy, Clinton Hill, Bushwick, and nearby). I'd like to stay 1-3 years. My budget is $1,500/month, preferably some utilities included. I'm looking for a queen-size bedroom or larger. Laundry in-unit or building, or very nearby, is a priority for me. Private green space is a bonus.

About Me:
I'm a laid-back mix of nerdy and dorky. I'm into foreign films, language learning, and history just as much as video games, anime, and getting dressed up to go out. At home, you'll find me making a meal to share, or listening to music while sipping tea or wine.

As a Roommate:
Cleanliness is what matters the most to me when it comes to shared living. I've included pics of my room as a reference for how I keep my space. I grew up with my mom and 1-3 roommates at any given time, so I know how to live fabulously with all kinds of people. I'm an ambivert, so I love roommates who enjoy socializing and also enjoy a shared quiet common space.
