Hi! I’m a professional woman currently in California and looking for a clean, quiet furnished room in San Diego for about 1–3 months, possibly longer. I’m currently studying English in San Diego and also work in marketing/data analytics. I’m clean, quiet, respectful, non-smoking, and I don’t have pets. I’m looking for a private furnished room with Wi-Fi, access to a kitchen and laundry, and preferably parking. Areas convenient to Mesa College are especially welcome, including Clairemont, Linda Vista, Kearny Mesa, Mira Mesa, Mission Valley and nearby neighborhoods. My budget is around $1,200–1,300 per month depending on the room, utilities and parking. I’m already in California and can come to see the room in person. I’m looking to move in soon.
