Hi! I’m looking for a private room or basement suite around Murray, Millcreek, South Salt Lake, Midvale, SLC, or nearby areas.
I’m a 25-year-old female working full-time, clean, quiet, and responsible. I’m hoping to find a place with a private bathroom, and ideally a private entrance as well. A master bedroom, basement room, or mother-in-law style space would be perfect.
My budget is preferably around $700–$850/month, depending on the space and utilities.
I do have a guest who may stay over about 1–2 nights per week, so I’m looking for a place where occasional overnight guests are okay.
