My 11-month-old daughter & I need to secure a safe, stable private room to rent in Escondido or surrounding areas.
About Me & My Household:
Work-from-Home Business Owner: I own & run a start up holistic apothecary business. I work from home & hand-craft natural products to sell at local farmers markets.
Clean, Quiet, & Mindful: I keep a clean, peaceful, & organized space. My daughter is on a predictable daily schedule, & we prioritize a calm, positive home.
Low-Impact & Respectful: Non-cigarette smoker, 420 friendly, no pets, & very respectful of shared spaces, quiet hours, & house rules.
Budget & Terms:
Maximum Monthly Budget: $1000/month. (Cause that's what I'm paying where I'm renting right now)
Payment Security: Monthly rent is guaranteed and supplemented by family financial support to ensure on-time payment every month.
Move-In Ready: Full move-in funds & deposit are ready to be paid immediately after an in-person tour & review of the signed tenant contract agreement.
What We Are Looking For:
A private room (furnished or unfurnished) in a safe household. We're keep to ourselves & have or own routine.
Move-in date: Sunday Nov. 1st, 2026
