Quiet Room With Private Bath

Friendly, quiet, active & independent with reliable transportation. I am semi-retired & work part-time. Seeking a first floor room with a private hall or suite bath (will not share with a roommate but shared with occasional daytime guests is fine). Piney Woods Texas native & long-time resident (15+ years in Austin plus Houston & Dallas areas). I have also lived in Colorado (Colorado Springs & both East & West Denver). I cook simple meals & like to bake. My passions are being outdoors (walks/hikes, birding & nature observation, flower gardening), listening to music, photography, reading and conversation. I explored Meridian State Park in September & have plans to visit at least two state parks this month. A friendly, welcoming, stable environment is very important - prefer a year's lease. I like cats but prefer no dogs. Allergic to strong liquid cleaners with bleach, GAIN & VOC fragrances like candles so I prefer natural or powdered cleaners.
