Seeking roommate(s) for Downtown/South First 2/2 o

Howdy ATX. I’m a working professional looking for the right roommate or roommates to team up for a 2 bed / 2 bath or 3 bed / 3 bath, specifically downtown Austin or along South First.

I work remotely part-time in legal matters, and outside of that I’m a model and work on creative and entrepreneurial projects. I’m very clean, quiet, respectful, easygoing, and drama-free.

I also have one well-behaved indoor cat, Sammy. He’s clean, non-destructive, and generally does well around other animals.

Because I work from home, I need reliable high-speed internet with the ability to connect directly by Ethernet. I’d also want my own private bathroom.

My ideal total housing cost is around $1,000/month or less including utilities. I’m especially interested in finding one or two equally clean, respectful, financially reliable people who also want to live downtown or on South First but don’t want to carry the cost of a one-bedroom apartment alone.
