Clean professional seeking furnished NYC room

Hi! I'm Jack -- I’m relocating to New York from Los Angeles this October for professional modeling and creative work, and I'm looking for a furnished room and comfortable place to call home.

I’m clean, respectful, responsible and easygoing as a roommate. I live a healthy, active lifestyle and spend a lot of time working, at the gym, writing, exploring the city, or out with friends. I’m social and friendly but also really value having a private, peaceful home environment. I'm very respectful of other people’s space and privacy.

I’m ideally looking for a clean, comfortable room in a relaxed and mature household. I’m open on neighborhood and happy to commute, so a good living situation and easy subway access are more important to me than being in one specific area.

I’m moving to NYC on a modeling contract and will also be working in hospitality to supplement my income. My schedule can vary, but I’m considerate about noise and coming and going. I’m not a smoker and keep my home clean and organized.

I’m open to short-term or month-to-month initially and would love to find somewhere that feels like a good fit. Happy to chat or meet and see if we’d be compatible as roommates.
