Professional Seeking Private Room + Parking – Hobo

Hi, I’m a working IT professional looking for a private furnished room in North Jersey with a convenient commute to Hoboken.
Preferred areas: Lyndhurst, Rutherford, East Rutherford, North Arlington, Garfield/Plauderville, Bloomfield, Belleville, Clifton, Nutley, or nearby areas with approximately a 45-minute or less commute to Hoboken.
Budget: Ideally $500–$700/month, but I can consider up to $800 if utilities, Wi-Fi and parking are included.
Parking: I have one car, primarily for weekend use. Off-street/driveway parking is required.
I would especially prefer a room in a single-family/private home, and a separate/private entrance would be a big plus.
I’m vegetarian, non-smoker, clean, quiet, respectful and responsible. I work in IT and will be commuting to Hoboken for work.
I’m looking for month-to-month initially for approximately 3 months. If the location and living arrangement work well, I’m interested in staying longer term.
Furnished room and utilities included are preferred. I’m comfortable living with a family or in a quiet shared home.
