Hi! I'm a single mom looking for a room for me and my 2 kiddos. I'll be starting a new job soon so I'll rarely be home between clearing out my current job which is closing soon and training for my new place of employment. My kids are friendly and respectful. I have them in bed by 8pm so it'll be quiet after 9pm guaranteed. I am a neat freak and don't mind cleaning at all.
